Communication is a very important part of the process and we want to make sure everyone receives all notifications for camp. Traditionally, all communication has been sent via email to the email address provided during registration. However, we continue to hear from customers that they missed the email, did not receive, or the email ended up in the junk folder. Businesses are sending so many emails these days to communicate with customers that it has become to easy for emails to get missed.
Therefore, we are now sending text messages or robo-calls with the hope that all customers receive intended notifications. Here are a few important points regarding communication you may or may not have received since you registered:
Final Details: Important information regarding camp is available on the schedule page of our website. Find your camp listing and click the link “Final Details” to the right of your camp dates. Go HERE to find the final details.
Registration confirmation: This email was sent immediately after registering and had the current dates and times available. Please be aware, these dates and times are subject to change so if you registered over the summer or late fall, please verify the current dates and times.
Payment confirmation: This email confirmed payment was made and important details regarding your camp. You may have received a transactional email and a payment confirmation from U.S. Baseball Academy.
Date/Time/Location Updates: Dates, times, or location may have been changed due to facility conflicts or other reasons. These notifications were sent via email. Please be sure to verify your information before the day of camp. Our ability to make changes is limited once the camp begins.
